POLICY THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

CAFORE ABOGADOS S. A. S. 

In compliance of the provisions of Article 47 of the Law 1480 of 2011 (Statute of the Consumer), Cafore Abogados S. A. S. guarantee to its users and customers of the right of withdrawal for legal services purchased through our digital channels and remote assistance.

  1. Scope of Application This policy applies only and solely to the legal services that have been contracted and paid for through non-traditional methods or distance. This includes, but is not limited to, contracts made through our website, payment gateways, e-mail, social networks, lines for WhatsApp or other electronic channels enabled, regardless of whether the payment was made by credit card/debit card payment link or bank transfer.

Note: This policy does not apply to services that have been contracted in-person at our physical offices.

  1. Deadline to Exercise the Right The client may exercise his right of withdrawal within the five (5) business days following the date on which the contract was entered into (understood as the moment of the confirmation of the purchase or payment for the service on behalf of the firm).
  2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 47 of the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable when the provision of the legal service has begun with the agreement or consent of the consumer.

For all legal purposes and relationships with Cafore Abogados S. A. S., it is understood unequivocally that the provision of legal services has begun in the time of virtual meeting service installation, the client sign the Act of Beginning or manifest by writing your express authorisation to commence the legal management, counseling, study or writing documents. Once signed such certificate or given the instruction to start, the client will lose the right to exercise the withdrawal, even if you have not passed the five (5) business days listed.

  1. Procedure to Request the Withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal (provided that the legal service has not been started), the customer must express its intention to formally within the stipulated time. To do this, you must follow these steps:
  1. Download our Form of Application for Withdrawal, which is attached at the bottom of this page.
  2. Fill out the entire form with the requested data.
  3. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal", appending strictly the following documents:
    • Form of Application for Withdrawal must be properly filled out.
    • Proof of payment of the transaction.
    • Bank statement of the account to which the refund will be made (the account must be in the name of the owner who purchased the service).
  1. Money back Once received, validated and approved the request through the form with their respective annexes, Cafore Abogados S. A. S. a full refund of monies paid, without discounts or withholdings whatsoever. The reversal or refund will be made through bank transfer or via payment gateway, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days counted from the time that right was exercised in a proper way.
