Terms of Service | Cafore

Last updated: May 21, 2026

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern access to and use of the internal
legal, marketing, advertising measurement, analytics, client communication,
and Google API tools operated by Cafore Abogados («Cafore», «we», «our», or
«us») in connection with
www.caforeabogados.com.

By using or authorizing these tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the tools and do not authorize access to your Google
Account, Google Ads account, Google Tag Manager account, Google Analytics
property, Search Console property, or related Google services.

Who may use these tools

The tools are intended for Cafore employees, administrators, contractors,
and authorized service providers who support Cafore’s own advertising,
analytics, measurement, website, CRM, and client intake workflows. They are
not offered as a public self-service platform.

Purpose of the tools

Cafore tools may be used to review, diagnose, report, optimize, and maintain
Cafore-owned or Cafore-authorized digital marketing and measurement systems,
including Google Ads campaigns, Google Tag Manager containers, conversion
tracking, offline conversion workflows, landing page diagnostics, and related
analytics.

Google API access

Some tools connect to Google API Services only after an authorized Google
user or account administrator grants OAuth permission. Depending on the
specific workflow, the tools may request one or more of the following scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords for Google Ads API reporting, diagnostics, recommendations, keyword planning, campaign management when expressly approved, and conversion workflows.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.readonly for Google Tag Manager diagnostics.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.edit.containers, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.edit.containerversions, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tagmanager.publish for Tag Manager editing, versioning, and publishing when expressly authorized.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly for Google Analytics reporting when enabled.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly for Search Console analysis when enabled.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage for Google Business Profile management or diagnostics when enabled.

Cafore requests only the permissions reasonably needed for the authorized
workflow. Mutating actions, such as publishing Google Tag Manager versions,
changing advertising settings, or uploading conversion data, require an
authorized business purpose and appropriate approval.

Authorized use

You agree not to use the tools to:

  • Access accounts, properties, containers, campaigns, or data that you are not authorized to access.
  • Misrepresent Cafore, a client, a user, or the source of authorization.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Upload false, misleading, duplicate, spam, or unauthorized conversion data.
  • Use Google API data for unrelated advertising, profiling, resale, credit-worthiness, or any purpose not disclosed to the authorizing user or account administrator.
  • Violate applicable laws, professional obligations, Google API policies, advertising policies, or third-party platform terms.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Cafore’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from
Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to data
brokers or information resellers. We do not use Google user data to train
generalized artificial intelligence models.

Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, protection, sharing, retention, deletion, and
transfer of personal data and Google API data is described in our
Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Account authorization and revocation

You are responsible for ensuring that any Google account or business account
authorization you grant is valid and appropriate. You may revoke OAuth access
at any time through your Google Account permissions, Google Ads account
settings, Google Tag Manager permissions, or by contacting Cafore at
[email protected].

Security and credentials

Credentials, OAuth tokens, developer tokens, API keys, application passwords,
and similar secrets must be kept confidential and stored only in approved
credential stores or protected server environments. Users must not place
secrets in public repositories, public documents, dashboards, screenshots,
logs, or client-facing reports.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

The tools depend on Google services, third-party platforms, hosting
providers, internet availability, account permissions, API quotas, and other
external systems. We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any tool or
integration for operational, legal, security, compliance, or business reasons.

No legal advice through automation

Automated analytics, reporting, marketing, measurement, or intake tools do
not by themselves provide legal advice and do not create an attorney-client
relationship. Legal advice is provided only through Cafore’s authorized legal
professionals under the applicable engagement terms.

Third-party services

The tools may interact with third-party services such as Google, hosting
providers, CRM systems, analytics providers, communications providers, and
other operational tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to
their separate terms, policies, permissions, and account settings.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the tools if we reasonably believe that
continued access creates legal, security, compliance, operational, account,
advertising, privacy, or business risk, or if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cafore will not be liable
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages arising from use of the tools, third-party APIs, account permissions,
data delays, reporting errors, or service interruptions. Nothing in these
Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our tools, Google API
integrations, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.
The updated version will be published on this website with a new effective
date.
