Terms of service

Terms of service

Last updated: May 29, 2026.

These terms of service govern access to and use of Cafore Abogados' internal tools for legal management, marketing, advertising measurement, analytics, client communications, and authorized Google API flows, including the Google Ads API and related services.

By using or authorizing these tools, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools or authorize access to your accounts, properties, campaigns, or data.

Who may use these tools

Use is limited to the Cafore Abogados team and authorized providers that support our own advertising, analytics, measurement, website, CRM, and client intake operations. These tools are not offered as a public self-service platform.

Uso autorizado

You agree not to access accounts, properties, containers, campaigns, or data for which you are not authorized; not to use Google API data for unrelated advertising, profiling, resale, credit assessment, or undisclosed purposes; and not to violate the law, professional obligations, Google API policies, advertising policies, or third-party terms.

Uso limitado de datos de Google

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. Cafore does not sell Google user data, does not share it with data brokers, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Privacy, authorizations, and revocation

The collection, use, storage, protection, sharing, retention, deletion, and revocation of data are also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference. You are responsible for verifying that any authorization granted over a Google account or business account is valid and appropriate, and you may revoke OAuth access from your Google account permissions, your Google Ads account, or the channels indicated by Cafore.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The tools may depend on external services, third-party APIs, account permissions, caches, data delays, technical limits, or scheduled maintenance.

Relationship with professional services

These tools support internal operations and do not replace legal advice or the professional engagement terms applicable to the services provided by Cafore Abogados.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access when necessary to protect data, accounts, security, regulatory compliance, advertising risk, privacy, operational continuity, or when these terms are breached.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cafore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tools, third-party APIs, account permissions, data delays, reporting errors, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where applicable law does not allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our tools, Google API services, policies, security measures, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this website with a new effective date.
